OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated July 10, 2000, pursuant to clause 19(

f) of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 2000 232 dated May 3, 2000, by striking out the reference to "Christopher Kent of Ladysmith in the Province of British Columbia" wherever it appears and substituting "Forman Waye and Cheryl Waye of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality" and by striking out "Twenty-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($27,500.00)" wherever it appears and substituting "Forty-One Thousand Dollars ($41,000.00)".
