B.C. Reg. 251/2009 , deposited October 26, 2009, pursuant to the WILDLIFE ACT [Sections 16, 108 and 109]. Ministerial Order M244/2009, dated October 26, 2009.
I, Barry Penner, Minister of Environment, order the following:
1 The Hunting Regulation, B.C. Reg. 190/84, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix.
Schedule I of the Limited Entry Hunting Regulation, B.C. Reg. 134/93, is amended by repealing items 651 and 685.
Schedule II of the Limited Entry Hunting Regulation is amended by repealing the map " 2009/2010 Grizzly Zone A of 6-14 ".
Section 39 of
Schedule 2 of the Motor Vehicle Prohibition Regulation, B.C. Reg. 196/99, is amended by striking out " November 20 " and substituting " November 30 ".
