(Inc.No. 0088974), which company was struck off and dissolved from the British Columbia Corporate Registry on January 21. 1994, and subsequently restored on February 6, 1996, be hereby granted to the restored company, Selkirk Distributors Ltd. (Inc.No. 0088974), without tbrther instrument of grant.
