OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated June 26, 2007, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 355 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Primary Forest Products Marketing Act, is pleased to: (
a) appoint the following person as an Alternate Member at Large of the Nova Scotia Primary Forest Products Marketing Board, for a term of office commencing May 1, 2007 and ending April 30, 2009: Larry Guptill of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a person not engaged in the production, marketing or processing of primary forest products; (
b) reappoint the following person as an Alternate Member of the Nova Scotia Primary Forest Products Marketing Board, for a term of office commencing May 1, 2007 and ending April 30, 2009: John Roblee of Oxford, Cumberland County, as an Alternate Woodlot Owner; (
c) reappoint the following persons as Members of the Nova Scotia Primary Forest Products Marketing Board, each for a term of office commencing May 1, 2007 and ending April 30, 2009: Brent Silver of Bridgewater, Lunenburg County, as a person not engaged in the production, marketing or processing of primary wood products; Alexander MacDonald of Port Hood, Inverness County, as a Woodlot Owner Representative, Permanent; Michael Gillis of Baddeck, Victoria County, as a Sawmill Representative, Permanent; and Loman Ayer of Shelburne, Shelburne County, as a Member at Large, Permanent; (
d) reappoint the following person as an Alternate Member of the Nova Scotia Primary Forest Products Marketing Board, for a term of office commencing May 1, 2007 and ending April 30, 2009: Doug Lees of New Glasgow, Pictou County, as a Sawmill Representative, Alternate; (
e) reappoint Brent Silver as Vice Chair, Permanent, of the Nova Scotia Primary Forest Products Marketing Board for a term of office commencing May 1, 2007, and ending April 30, 2009.
