On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsection 26.1(1) of the Police Services Act , Sylvana Capogreco of Toronto be reappointed as full-time Independent Police Review Director for the Province of Ontario on an interim basis, effective January 1, 2020, for a fixed term of two months or ending when a new Director is appointed, whichever occurs first.
