Loi sur le poisson et la faune His Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’Assemblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : 1 Subsection 1(1) of the Fish and Wildlife Act, chap ‐ ter F-14.1 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1980, is amended by repealing the definition “penalty” and substituting the following: 1 Le paragraphe 1(1) de la

Section 46 of the Act is amended 3 L’article 46 de la Loi est modifié (

a) by adding before subsection (1) the following:
