Citation

1 These regulations may be cited as the Pension Benefits Act Fees Regulations .

Definitions

(1) In these regulations,

“Act” means the Pension Benefits Act ;

“ Pension Benefits Regulations ” means the Pension Benefits Regulations made

under the Act.

(2) A term defined in the Pension Benefits Regulations has the same meaning when

used in these regulations.

Fees must accompany documents

3 All fees must accompany any required documents on application, filing, submission or

request unless otherwise required by these regulations.

Fees payable to the Superintendent

4 The fees payable to the Superintendent and prescribed for applications, filing of

documents, approval of documents and making copies of documents under the Act and

the Pension Benefits Regulations are as set out in the following table:
