Order in Council 1554/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 5 of the Capital Investment Plan Act, 1993,

Debra Sikora, Assistant Deputy Minister, Food Safety and Environment Division,

Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs

be reappointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Clean Water Agency, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, from January 15, 2017.

[Ms. Sikora's most recent appointment by Order in Council 71/2014 expires January 14, 2017.]
