OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Marketing dated November 9, 1998, pursuant to subsections 3(1), (3), (4) and (5) of
Chapter 7 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Agriculture and Rural Credit Act, is pleased to: (
a) appoint Carol Versteeg of RR#1 Milford Station, Hants County, as a member of the Nova Scotia Farm Loan Board for a term of office of three years commencing November 15, 1998, and ending November 14, 2001; (
b) appoint Marlene MacMillan of St. Andrews, Antigonish County, as a member of the Nova Scotia Farm Loan Board for a term of office of one year commencing November 15, 1998, and ending November 14, 1999; and (
c) determine the rate of remuneration to be $100 per day plus expenses for members in accordance with the Nova Scotia Government policy.
