OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness and the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated, September 3, 2019, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , and
Section 16 of
Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act , and in accordance with the Department of Health and Wellness Capital Grants Program, is pleased to approve the making of a grant by the Minister of Health and Wellness on behalf of the Province to the Nova Scotia Health Authority in the total amount not to exceed seven million, four hundred and sixty three thousand, nine hundred dollars ($7,463,900) for the cost of constructing an additional 6-station hemodialysis unit at the Dartmouth General Hospital, effective on and after October 15, 2019.
