OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated July 24, 2007, and pursuant to Sections 2(b), 2(c), 3(1)(c), 3(1)(d), and 5 of

Chapter 222 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Industrial Development Act, is pleased to: (

a) approve the amendment of Order in Council 90-1311, as amended by Order in Council 1999-384, which authorized financial assistance to Seafreez Foods Incorporated, to provide a Partial Release of lands conveyed by Seafreez Foods Incorporated to the Town of Canso in 1996, generally in the form as outlined in

Schedule "A" annexed to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated July 24, 2007; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Economic Development to execute such partial release, agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
