Order in Council 1123/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

PURSUANT TO subsection 6(1) of the Invest Ontario Act, 2021 , Patrick Horgan of Newmarket be appointed as a member of the board of directors of Invest Ontario, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period not exceeding three years, effective September 2, 2024 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
