Order in Council 1477/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Raymond Ramdayal of Brampton be reappointed a part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a term of three years, effective September 8, 2017.
