Order in Council 255/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Ministry of Correctional Services Act and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Theresa McGee of Scarborough be reappointed as full-time member and Vice Chair of the Ontario Parole Board for a fixed term of three months, effective February 28, 2020.
