OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated May 21, 2002, and pursuant to subsection 302(1) of

Chapter 293 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Motor Vehicle Act, is pleased to repeal Order in Council 69-946, dated September 23, 1969, and to determine that the annual registration fee payable with respect to a vehicle operated by a non-profit, charitable or religious organization in the course of its work is the nominal registration fee set out in the regulations respecting fees for documents and services made by Order in Council 2000-276, dated May 24, 2000.
