Order in Council 1572/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(2) of the Ontario Educational Communications Authority Act, as amended,

Peter O’Brian of Toronto, Ontario

is reappointed as Chair and member of the Ontario Educational Communications Authority effective November 1, 2016, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two years.
