Order in Council 105/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to Order in Council 331/2017 dated February 2, 2017, Ed Clark was reappointed as the Premier’s Business Advisor (the “Business Advisor”) for a period not extending past March 31, 2018,

And

whereas the Lieutenant Governor in Council considers it advisable to extend the terms of that appointment;

Therefore, pursuant to the prerogative of Her Majesty The Queen in Right of Ontario to provide for the appointment of advisors to serve Her Majesty’s Government of Ontario in the discharge of its executive obligations and responsibilities;
