Order in Council 357/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Beverly Brooks of North York, who was appointed by Order in Council 76/2021 as the chair of the Post-secondary Education Quality Assessment Board, has resigned from such position effective December 23, 2022;

Now therefore , pursuant to clause 7(2)(

a) of the Post-secondary Education Choice and Excellence Act, 2000 , Order in Council 76/2021 is revoked, effective December 23, 2022.
