PROVINCE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA ORDER OF THE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL Order in Council No. 1552 , Approved and Ordered NOV Lieutenant Governor Executive Council Chambers, Victoria On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that (

a) Lloyd Russell be appointed to the position of Clerk in the Office of the Deputy Premier and Minister of Education, being a position which will require the incumbent to act in a confidential capacity to a member of the Executive Council, with terms and conditions of employment equivalent to those established for category B appointments in Order in Ctuncil 806/89; (

b) the appointment of Lloyd Russell, made by Order in Council 376/00, is rescinded. Minister of Multiculturalism and Immigration and Minister Responsible for the Public Service Member of the Executive Council (This
