Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that clauses (a), (b), (d), (e), (f), (i), (j), (
m) and (
q) of subsection (1) of
Section 1 and Sections 8, 22 to 30, 35, 36, 38, 45, 46, and 49 to 53 of
Chapter 46 of the Acts of 2006,
An Act to Amend
Chapter 418 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Securities Act, do come into force on and not before March 17, 2008.
