OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated October 28, 2021, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , and
Section 16 of
Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act , and in accordance with the Department of Health and Wellness Capital Grants Program, effective December 9, 2021, is pleased to approve the making of grants by the Minister of Health and Wellness on behalf of the Province to the Nova Scotia Health Authority to enter into a net debt obligation for the purposes of acquiring and operating the Ethos Therapy System, in the amounts not to exceed those set out in the Report and Recommendation.
