Order in Council 132/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 5 of the Capital Investment Plan Act, 1993 ,

Joseph Pennachetti of Douro-Dummer, Ontario

be reappointed as a part-time member and Chair of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Clean Water Agency to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term not exceeding three years, effective February 8, 2021 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
