On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
pursuant to subsection 5 (1) of the Cabinet Ministers’ and Opposition Leaders’ Expenses Review and Accountability Act, 2002 , the rules respecting allowable expenses set out in the Appendix to this Order in Council (Allowable Expense Rules) be made, effective January 1, 2017;
further , Order in Council O.C. 1096/2015 dated August 13, 2015 and the rules made thereunder be revoked, effective January 1, 2017.
