OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Business dated May 17, 2016, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Business entering into an agreement to renew the Canada/Atlantic Provinces Agreement on International Business Development substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, with such modifications as the Minister of Business may determine are necessary.
