OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and the Minister of Natural Resources dated July 16, 2014, and pursuant to
Section 14 of
Chapter 438 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Special Places Protection Act, is pleased, effective on and after December 15, 2014, to approve the designation of lands by the Minister of Environment as an addition to the Blandford Nature Reserve Ecological Site Designation, N.S. Reg. 383/2007, made by the Minister of Environment and Labour and approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2007-484 dated September 7, 2007, in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
