Part II, of the Regulation Made By the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations Pursuant to

Section 451 of

Chapter 18 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1998, the Municipal Government Act, to Amend the Financial Reporting and Accounting Manual, made by the Minister on February 5, 2008, and which regulation is set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
