OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal, dated February 15, 2020, and pursuant to
Section 80 of
Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act is pleased to: (
a) authorize the release of interest in the parcel of land, known as PID 15429400, to the Kinsmen Club of Sydney Mines Daycare, more particularly described in the copy of the deed attached as
Schedule “A” and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; (
b) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines to affect the conveyance of the land herein above described, and; (
c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purpose of this Order.
