OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated June 26, 2007, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to affirm and ratify the Minister of Transportation and Public Works entering into the interim cost share agreement for the remediation of the Sydney Tar Ponds and Coke Ovens Sites with Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation and to approve amendments to such interim cost share agreement, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "B" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation effective on or after July 20, 2007.
