An Act to Amend the Smoke-free Places Act Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: 1

Section of the Smoke-free Places Act,

chapter of the Revised Statutes, 2011, is amended (

a) in paragraph (

f) by striking out “or” at the end of the paragraph; (

b) in paragraph (

g) by striking out the period at the end of the paragraph and substituting a comma fol- lowed by “or”; (

c) by adding after paragraph (

g) the following: (

h) on a playground. 2 This Act comes into force on a day to be fixed by proclamation. PROJET DE LOI Loi modifiant la

Loi sur les endroits sans fumée, cha- pitre des Lois révisées de 2011, est modifié

a) à l’alinéa f) de la version anglaise, par la sup- pression de « or » à la fin de l’alinéa;

b) à l’alinéa g), par la suppression du point à la fin de l’alinéa et son remplacement par un point-virgule;

c) par l’adjonction de ce qui suit après l’alinéa g) :

h) un terrain de jeux. 2 La présente loi entre en vigueur à la date fixée par proclamation.
