OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated October 20, 2003, pursuant to Sections 16 and 17 of

Chapter 475 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Trade Union Act, is pleased to: (

a) appoint Sylvester Atkinson of Middleton, Annapolis County, as a member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) for a three (3) year term of office, effective on and after November 14, 2003; and (

b) fix the remuneration of Sylvester Atkinson at the rate of $150.00 for each day he attends a meeting of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) as a member, in addition to actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties.
