OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Lands and Forestry dated November 8, 2018, and pursuant to clauses 7(

c) and 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Lands and Forestry: (

a) issuing a grant to convey Crown lands containing 24.3 hectares (60 acres) located at Upper Leitches Creek, Cape Breton County, identified as PID 15886344 and shown outlined in bold on the plan marked

Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, to Brent Maclnnis, his respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns; (

b) accepting from Brent Maclnnis, his respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators, and approved successors and assigns, a parcel of land containing approximately 54 hectares (133.4 acres) of land at Island View, Cape Breton County identified as PID 15315997 and shown outlined in bold on the plan marked

Schedule “B”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, subject to the condition that Brent Maclnnis, his respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators, and approved successors and assigns, be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

c) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
