Order in Council 304/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 10(1) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsections 7(2) and 7(4) of the Local Planning Appeal Support Centre Act, 2017 , Anna Pace of Toronto be appointed a part-time member and designated as Chair of the board of directors of the Local Planning Appeal Support Centre on an interim basis, effective the date of this Order in Council for a period of one year or ending when a new Chair is appointed, whichever occurs first.
