Order in Council 1694/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Ministry of Correctional Services Act and subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Karen R. Restoule of Toronto be reappointed as full-time member and Associate Chair of the Ontario Parole Board for a fixed term effective January 1, 2020 and ending April 4, 2022.
