OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Liquor Control Act dated January 9, 2004, pursuant to subsection 7(1) of
Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, as amended by
Chapter 4 of the Acts of 2001, the Liquor Control Act, is pleased to: (
a) reappoint the following persons as members of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation for a term of office of three years commencing February 1, 2004: Robert D. Curley of New Glasgow, Pictou County; and Brian W. Butler of Fall River, Halifax Regional Municipality; (
b) appoint the following person as a member of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation for a term of office of four years commencing February 1, 2004: Frank D. Elliott of Amherst, Cumberland County.
