CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Department of Social Services Act (Assented to April 30, 1996) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Department of Social Services Amendment Act, 1996. R.S.S. 1978, c.D-23,

section amended Subsection 18(1) of The Department of Social Services Act is repealed. Coming into force This Act comes into force on assent.
