B.C. Reg. 258/2020 , deposited September 20, 2020, under the COVID-19 RELATED MEASURES ACT [section 3] and the OFFENCE ACT [section 132]. Order in Council 566/2020, approved and ordered September 20, 2020.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with

the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(

a) the COVID-19 Related Measures Act , S.B.C. 2020, c. 8, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix 1, and

(

b) the Violation Ticket Administration and Fines Regulation, B.C. Reg. 89/97,

is amended as set out in the attached Appendix 2.

Appendix 1

1 Effective on the date this regulation is deposited under the Regulations Act,

Schedule 2 of the COVID-19 Related Measures Act, S.B.C. 2020, c. 8, is amended by

Food and Liquor Premises, Gatherings and Events (COVID 19) Order

2 Effective on the date this regulation is deposited under the Regulations Act,

item 23.3 in

Schedule 2 is repealed.

3 Effective 90 days after the date on which the last extension of the declaration

of a state of emergency made March 18, 2020 under

section 9 (1) of the Emergency Program

Act expires or is cancelled, item 23.4 in

Schedule 2 is repealed.

Appendix 2

Schedule 1 of the Violation Ticket Administration and Fines Regulation, B.C.

Reg. 89/97, is amended

(

a) in Column 2 of Item 9A by adding the following:

b) in Column 2 of Items 22, 26, 30 and 31 by adding the following:

Every provision of the following enactments, the contravention of which constitutes

an offence:

(

a) COVID-19 Related Measures Act , and

(
