OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated November 19, 1999, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to revoke the appointment of the following persons as Commissioners for taking Affidavits pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act: (
a) Jennifer MacEachern of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; and (b)Pat Lumsden of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality.
