OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated September 9, 2015, and pursuant to clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources:

a) issuing a grant or deed to convey Crown lands containing approximately 7.19 hectares (17.76 acres), located at Melford, Guysborough County, shown as shaded in grey and outlined in black on the plan marked

Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, to Melford International Terminal Incorporated, a body corporate having its registered office at Halifax, Nova Scotia, and its successors, permitted assigns or trustees for the consideration of $263,880 and any associated costs; and

b) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
