Order in Council 1487/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 7(3) of the Ontario Educational Communications Authority Act, the Chief Executive Officer of the Ontario Educational Communications Authority shall receive as remuneration:

Annual salary of $271, 255; and

Eligibility for annual pay for performance in an amount not to exceed 10 per cent of his or her annual salary subject to any applicable legislative requirements or limitations.

And therefore Order in Council 939/2018 is hereby revoked.

And further , this Order in Council comes into effect on the date it is made.
