OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated September 27, 2007, and pursuant to
Section 11 of
Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: (
a) convey land containing 6,598 square feet, more or less, situate at East Chester, in the County of Lunenburg, and more particularly described in
Schedule "A" and shown cross hatched in red on
Schedule "B", which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (
b) convey the lands and an access easement to Peter Bond and Susan Bond; and (
c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines.
