OIC Text: \x09The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated February 21, 2007, and pursuant to

Section 5 of

Chapter 355 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Primary Forest Products Marketing Act, is pleased to: \x09(a)\x09approve the full time employment by the Nova Scotia Primary Forest Products Marketing Board of Barbara Hunt, as Executive Assistant to the Board for a temporary period of six months, effective on February 19, 2007; \x09(b)\x09fix the remuneration of Barbara Hunt as Executive Assistant at $1,671.03 biweekly, at a rating of MCP 8 (99%), and deem Barbara Hunt as the Executive Assistant to be an employee within the meaning and for the purposes of the Public Service Superannuation Act, with said appointment and rate of remuneration to be effective on and from February 19, 2007.
