Order in Council 1421/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas subsection 110(3) of the Labour Re lations Act, 1995, provides that the Lieutenant Governor in Council shall designate one of the vice-chairs of the Ontario Labour Relations Board to be the alternate chair;

And

whereas Lindsay Lawrence was appointed as a full-time vice-chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board by Order in Council 1146/2021, dated September 2, 2021;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 110(3) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995,

Lindsay Lawrence of Toronto

be designated as alternate chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board for a fixed term ending September 1, 2023, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
