OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated January 12, 2006, and pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act, and in accordance with the Department of Health Construction Grant Program, is pleased to approve the making of a grant by the Minister of Health on behalf of the Province to the Annapolis Valley District Health Authority in the total amount not to exceed $5,221,603.00 (five million, two hundred and twenty-one thousand, six hundred and three dollars) for the cost of renovating the Chipman Building and the Valley Regional Hospital to maximize patient care at the Valley Regional Hospital which grant is to be paid on the basis of invoiced costs submitted to the Department of Health and charged to "Capital Grants, Department of Health".
