B.C. Reg. 266/2012 , deposited September 12, 2012, pursuant to the MINERAL TENURE ACT [section 22]. Regulation of the Chief Gold Commissioner, dated September 11, 2012.

I, May Mah-Paulson, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy and Mines, order that

(

a) the mineral and placer mining reserve established by Order in Council 2974/56 is cancelled and Order in Council 2974/56 is repealed,

(

b) the prohibition set out in Order in Council 2149/67 is revoked, any reserve established by Order in Council 2149/67 is cancelled and Order in Council 2149/67 is repealed,

(

c) the prohibition set out in Order in Council 3413/70 is revoked, any reserve established by Order in Council 3413/70 is cancelled and Order in Council 3413/70 is repealed,

(

d) the prohibitions set out in B.C. Reg. 307/74 are revoked, any reserve established by B.C. Reg. 307/74 is cancelled and B.C. Reg. 307/74 is repealed,

(

e) the prohibition set out in B.C. Reg. 190/80 is revoked, any reserve established by B.C. Reg. 190/80 is cancelled and B.C. Reg. 190/80 is repealed,

(

f) B.C. Reg. 47/89 is repealed, and

(

g) the Mineral Land Reserve (Conditional Mineral Claim Registrations) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 153/2011, is amended by deleting the following site from the Table:
