Order in Council 437/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 6 (1) of the Liquor Control Board of Ontario Act, 2019 , Larry Flynn of Toronto be re-appointed as a part-time member of the board of directors of the Liquor Control Board of Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding one year effective April 29, 2024.
