OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated January 24, 2001, pursuant to subsection 174(1) of
Chapter 140 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, as amended, the Elections Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the tariff of fees and expenses approved by Order in Council 88-827C dated July 30, 1988; and (
b) approve a new tariff of fees and expenses in the form of
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
