On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to
section 39 of the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006 , and
section 6 of Ontario Regulation 456/16 thereunder, the persons specified in Column A of
Schedule 1 to this Order, be reappointed on a part-time basis to the positions as specified in Column B of
Schedule 1 to the board of directors of Health Shared Services Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding one month, effective March 7, 2020.
