WHEREAS The Northern Affairs Act provides as follows:

ATTENDU QUE la

Loi sur les Affaires du Nord prévoit ce qui suit :

5(1) Subject to ... the other provisions of the Act ... the minister has the powers, rights, privileges and duties that a municipality has within its boundaries ....

5(5) ... where the exercise, or performance of the powers, rights, privileges or duties referred to ... requires the passing of a by-law ... the minister may make the by-law for and on behalf of the residents of ... a community.

AND

WHEREAS The Municipal Act provides as follows:

ATTENDU QUE la

c) for closing any highway ....

AND

WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to close a portion of the road referred to in

section 1;

ATTENDU QU'il est jugé opportun de fermer le tronçon de route décrit à l'article 1;

NOW THEREFORE the Minister of Northern Affairs enacts as follows:

PAR CONSÉQUENT, le ministre des Affaires du Nord édicte ce qui suit :

Portion of road closed

1 This by-law closes all that portion of road #1, Plan No. 4935 P.L.T.O. (N. Div.) that lies to the north of the northern limit of Plan 7158 in Unsurveyed Township 66 Range 29 W.P.M.

Fermeture d'un tronçon de route

1 Le présent arrêté prévoit la fermeture du tronçon de la route n° 1, plan n° 4935 B.T.F.P. (Div. de N.) situé au nord de la limite nord du plan 7158 dans le township non arpenté 66, rang 29 O.M.P.

Coming into force

2 This by-law shall come into effect on the day of filing.

Entrée en vigueur

2 Le présent arrêté entre en vigueur le jour de son dépôt.
