Order in Council 17/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 14(1.1), 14(1.2) and 14(2) of the Ministry of Agriculture Food and Rural Affairs Act , as amended, and subsection 172(5) of the Environmental Protection Act , as amended, Order in Council 422/2017 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
