B.C. Reg. 171/2019 , deposited July 16, 2019, under the LAND STATUTES AMENDMENT ACT, 2018 [section 37], the EXPROPRIATION ACT [section 54], the LAND TITLE ACT [section 76] and the STRATA PROPERTY ACT [section 292]. Order in Council 430/2019, approved and ordered July 16, 2019.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice

and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective November 15, 2019,

(

a) sections 3 to 11, 13, 17, 18, 22 and 30 to 35 of the Land Statutes Amendment

Act, 2018, S.B.C. 2018, c. 37, are brought into force,

(b)

section 3 (1) (b) (ii) and (2) (b) (ii) of the Expropriation Act General Regulation,

B.C. Reg. 451/87, is amended by striking out "

section 168.721 " and substituting "

Part 10.1 ",

(

c) section 9 (

b) of the Land Title Act Regulation, B.C. Reg. 334/79, is amended

by striking out "

section 168.721 " and substituting "

Part 10.1 ", and

(

d) sections 14.3 (4), 14.4 (3) and 14.10 (2) of the Strata Property Regulation,

B.C. Reg. 43/2000, are amended by striking out " Division 2.1 of ".
